This 19th-century sculpture and mask in wood was used in processions of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of the Rosary of Black Men, in Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais. She was adopted as a symbol of the Decolonial Brazil: other histories exhibition at the National History Museum.
